Winter Challenge Cup: Al Ahli Women Beat Neom 8-0

Al Ahli's women's football team delivered a dominant performance against Neom, winning 8-0 on Thursday at Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Stadium in Jeddah in the Women's Professional Challenge Cup.

Al Ahli got off to a flying start with Charlene Meyong opening the scoring in the 19th minute. Morocco's Ibtissam Jraidi doubled the lead in the 33rd minute, and Naomi Kaba Kaba added a third just one minute later to give Al Ahli a comfortable 3-0 halftime advantage.

The second half brought more of the same. Dalia Adel made it 4-0 in the 68th minute and grabbed her second just three minutes later. Kaba Kaba added a sixth before Ibtissam Jraidi wrapped up the scoring spree with back-to-back goals in the 87th and 89th minutes.

Goalkeeper Ghalia Imam also impressed, keeping a clean sheet to become the first goalkeeper to achieve the feat in the Winter Challenge Cup.
