Membership programme is valid for season 2025/26

Benefits are applicable for the same sporting season and season registered

Membership applications must be submitted personally, and payment or bank transfer must be made from the applicant’s own bank account or credit card registered in their name. Payments or transfers from third-party accounts or cards will not be accepted.

Membership requirements

The following conditions are required for the valid membership of the foundation:

The applicant must be at least eighteen years of age (18)
Absence of any legal limitations
The application for membership must be submitted in accordance with the foundation’s membership application procedures stipulated in Article 6 of the regulations.
Membership fees must be paid on the specified payment date, and the applicant has no right to recover the amount unless the application is rejected.
The applicant must not be an employee of the Ministry of Sport, the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee and their sports sub-entities or the Sports Arbitration Center, or any of the competitive sports federations or associations, or in any other institution, or in any other sports club.
The applicant’s membership in the Foundation, or any other institution, has not been previously revoked, and the reasons for his revocation have not been over-turned, or that he’s not serving a penalty of being prevented from practicing administrative work in the foundation or from becoming a member of clubs, federations, or competitive sports associations.
The applicant must not have been subject to a final judicial ruling for a crime prejudicial to honour and honesty, unless he/she got restitution.

Membership FAQs

What type of payment methods are available?

Payment methods depend on the membership tier:

Gold and Elite Tiers: Bank transfer must be made directly using the applicant’s own bank account registered in their name.
White, Green, Bronze, Platinum, and Silver Tiers: Direct Mada online payment must be made from the applicant’s own bank account registered in their name.

Please note: Payments or transfers from third-party accounts or cards will not be accepted.

The full name of the applicant must be included, and the payment receipt must clearly state in the ''Purpose'' or ''Notes'' field that: “The transferred amount is in exchange for the membership fee – [Specify Tier]”

How can I register as an Al Ahli member?

Visit the Membership Program page on the Al Ahli website/app Al Ahli FC
Select your preferred membership tier.
Log in to your account or sign up.
Follow the payment steps.
Receive a payment confirmation message with a copy of your invoice.

Please Note:

After making the bank transfer for the Gold and Elite tiers, please send the bank transfer receipt to the email: support.membership@alahlifc.sa

When will I get my Al Ahli membership card?

Your membership card will be displayed immediately at the top of your personal profile page once your registration and payment are complete.

When will my membership benefits be activated?

Your Al Ahli Club benefits will be activated immediately after your registration and payment are completed.

Please note: Voting rights in the General Assembly and the ability to buy additional votes will follow the policies and regulations set by the Ministry of Sports (MOS).

How can I view or redeem my membership benefits and personal information on Al Ahli portal (website and app)?

Go to Al Ahli portal (website or app) at Al Ahli FC
Click the user icon at the top right corner.
Log in with your credentials.
Click on “Account” to view and manage your personal information.
Click on “Membership” to view and redeem all your benefits.

How long is my membership valid for?

Al Ahli benefits will be valid until the end of season 25/26.

Validity of votes in the General Assembly and the right to buy additional votes will follow the policies and regulations set by the Ministry of Sports (MOS).

If I have a valid membership from last season, can I continue using it this season?

No. Membership benefits expire at the end of the season for which they were purchased.

To access and activate Al Ahli benefits for the current season, you must sign up, select your desired membership tier, and complete the registration and payment process on the Membership Program page of the Al Ahli website or app.

Please note: Voting rights in the General Assembly and the option to buy additional votes are governed by the Ministry of Sports (MOS) policies and regulations and are not associated with the special benefits our club offers (e.g., seasonal tickets, special discounts, etc.).

Can I upgrade my membership tier?

You can upgrade your membership by clicking "Upgrade Now" at the bottom of your Membership page, then select your desired tier.

What is the refund policy for memberships?

If the membership request is rejected by the Ministry of Sports
The applicant is entitled to a full refund of the membership fee upon receiving notification of rejection.
If the amount transferred exceeds the membership fee
The extra amount will be counted as additional votes for the applicant in the General Assembly, as per the regulations.
If the membership request is pending approval or inactive
The applicant must complete the procedures outlined in the regulations to activate the membership or receive a final decision.

Can I transfer my membership to someone else or purchase a membership as a gift?

No. Membership is personal and cannot be transferred or purchased as a gift under any circumstances.

What is the minimum age requirement set by MOS to apply for membership?

The applicant must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have a clean legal record with no legal restrictions.

How can I vote in the General Assembly?

Visit the Ministry of Sports (MOS) Portal
Register using the same credentials linked to your Al Ahli account

Are Al Ahli membership benefits linked to voting rights in the General Assembly?

No. Al Ahli membership benefits, such as seasonal tickets, special discounts, etc., are managed directly by the club and become active once your registration and payment are complete.

Voting rights in the General Assembly and the ability to buy additional votes are separate benefits governed exclusively by the Ministry of Sports (MOS) policies and regulations. These voting-related benefits are not connected to the activation or use of your Al Ahli membership benefits.
