Al Ahli Appoints Fabrice Bocquet as Chief Executive Officer
Al Ahli Club Company has announced the appointment of Fabrice Bocquet as Chief Executive Officer, as part of its direction to strengthen the club’s organizational structure and support its long-term transformation and sustainable development journey.
Fabrice Bocquet brings extensive international executive experience in professional football, institutional leadership, and strategic development. Since 2022, he served as Chief Executive Officer of OGC Nice, competing at the highest levels of French and European football.
During his tenure, Bocquet contributed to the development of the club’s sporting, financial, and administrative operations, strengthened its talent and youth development pathways, and supported the achievement of sustainable organizational and financial stability, alongside regular participation in European competitions.
He also brings solid institutional experience in football governance, having been elected as a member of the board of the French Professional Football League, reflecting his professional standing and contribution at the institutional level.
Prior to holding executive roles in football, Fabrice Bocquet worked at McKinsey & Company, and later at Portas Consulting, where he participated in strategic projects with the Saudi Football Federation, the Saudi Pro League, and several professional clubs in the Kingdom.
As Chief Executive Officer of Al Ahli Club Company, he will oversee the club’s sporting, commercial, financial, and institutional activities; strengthen internal organization and governance; support the development of infrastructure and facilities; and reinforce a long-term, sustainable relationship between the club, its supporters, and the Jeddah community, in line with a clear and ambitious vision for the club’s future.
Fabrice Bocquet said:

This appointment comes as part of Al Ahli’s comprehensive transformation strategy for the coming years, which aims to develop the club across sporting, financial, commercial, and administrative dimensions, in addition to infrastructure and institutional development. Through this strategy, the Board seeks to strengthen executive capabilities, attract high-caliber expertise, enhance the club’s competitive position locally and internationally, and meet the aspirations of its supporters.
