Al-Ahli Women’s Team continues their winning streak with a 5-0 victory over Al-Taraji
The Al-Ahli women’s first football team maintained their winning run in the Saudi Women’s Premier League by defeating their guest, Al-Taraji, 5-0 in the fourth week of the league. The match was held at Prince Mohammed Al-Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium in Jeddah.
The first goal was an own goal by Al-Taraji in the 17th minute. Moroccan striker Ibtissam Jraidi scored the second goal in the 22nd minute, and Congolese player Kaba Kaba Naomi added the third in the 30th minute.
In the 70th minute, Ibtissam scored the fourth goal with a shot from outside the penalty area, and Kaba Kaba scored her second and Al-Ahli’s fifth goal in the second minute of added time.
With this result, Al-Ahli’s women’s team strengthened their lead in the league with a perfect record and 12 points, topping the table by goal difference.
