Al Ahli beats Al-Taawoun to reach 75 points

Al Ahli earned an important 2–1 win over host Al-Taawoun in its Round 32 game of the Saudi Pro League at Al-Taawoun Club Stadium in Buraidah.

Al Ahli looked the better side in the first half, controlling possession and creating more chances. Ivan Toney put the team ahead in the 17th minute, finishing a well-worked move with a precise header.

Al-Taawoun equalized in the 55th minute, but Al Ahli responded with strong attacking pressure. Ibanez restored the lead with a header from a corner kick. The host pushed for another goal, but Al Ahli held firm with disciplined defending and maintained its lead until the final whistle.

The win takes Al Ahli to 75 points.
