Al Ahli overcome Al-Qadsiah to claim three points in Round 9 of the Roshn Saudi League

Al Ahli grabbed an important 2–1 victory over Al-Qadsiah on Friday night at Al-Inma Stadium (King Abdullah Sports City) in Jeddah, picking up a valuable three points in Round 9 of the Roshn Saudi League.

The team delivered a tactically disciplined performance and made their early dominance count, with Brazilian winger Wenderson Galeno opening the scoring in the 6th minute to give Al Ahli control and confidence from the start.

The closing minutes of the first half brought a difficult moment when the referee showed a red card to Ziyad Al-Johani in stoppage time, leaving Al Ahli to play the entire second half with ten men.

Despite the numerical disadvantage, and Al-Qadsiah drawing level in the 64th minute, Al Ahli responded with exceptional mentality and fighting spirit. Just two minutes later, Franck Kessié restored the lead in the 66th minute, putting Al Ahli back in front.
