He’s Here and He’s Perfect! Toney Joins Al-Ahli 

Al-Ahli Club Company is delighted to announce that Ivan Toney has joined the club, from English side Brentford FC, on a 4-year deal.

Toney was the top goal scorer of the 2020-2021 EFL Championship, with 33 goals, and played a key role in Brentford’s promotion to the Premier League, before being one of the stars of the top division after that. He was Brentford’s top goal scorer in the 2021-2022 Premier League season with 12 goals, and improved his record to 20 goals in the 2022-2023 Premier League, being the third best scorer of the season, behind Erling Haaland and Harry Kane.

His success at club level earned him an international call-up in March 2023, and he was included in the England National Team squad for Euros 2024.
