Al Ahli Bolsters Libero Position with Al-Awami Signing

Al Ahli Club Company has completed the signing of volleyball libero Badr Ahed Al-Awami from Al-Safa on a three-year deal that runs until 2028.

Al-Awami was named Best Libero at the 2024 West Asia U20 Men’s Volleyball Championship and is considered one of the standout players in his position, thanks to his technical quality and skill set, which will give the coaching staff greater tactical options in the coming period.

This signing forms part of the club’s strategy to strengthen its volleyball team, as Al Ahli looks to build a squad filled with high-impact players capable of making a real difference over the next few seasons.
