A Thrilling Draw in the Jeddah Derby

A positive 2-2 draw settled the result of the game between Al-Ahli and Al-Ittihad, which was held at Alinma Stadium in King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah, as part of the twenty-sixth round of the Saudi Roshn League.

Al-Ahli opened the scoring in the 51st minute through a header from defender Roger Ibañez, taking advantage of Riyad Mahrez's cross, while Al-Ittihad equalized in the 74th minute.

Englishman Ivan Toney restored Al-Ahli's lead in the 82nd minute, but in the final seconds at 90+4 minutes, Al-Ittihad scored the equalizing goal; ending the Jeddah Derby with a 2-2 result.
