Members of AlAhli Club Company Board of Directors meet with the executive management and club staff

Al Ahli’s Board of Directors visited the Club’s headquarters today and met with the executive management team. The Board received updates on activities across the Club and discussed priorities for the next phase.

Following the visit, the Board shared the following message with Al Ahli supporters:

Dear Al Ahli Supporters,

Since 1937, Al Ahli has built a proud history and a special place in the hearts of generations of supporters. We understand what this Club means to you and the responsibility we carry to take it forward.

Our ambition is to build on this legacy, with sporting performance at the heart of our priorities and a clear focus on making Al Ahli more sustainable, both on and off the pitch.

Since taking on our responsibilities, we have begun reviewing the Club’s needs and priorities. Our focus is on providing stable leadership, turning plans into action and building for the future.

The Board’s priorities are focused on four key areas:

1. Reinforcing the sporting structure: By empowering and supervising qualified specialists and giving them the authority to make and implement sporting decisions effectively.

2. Supporting the current executive management: By giving the executive team the authority and support needed to deliver the Club’s priorities, with clear objectives and accountability.

3. Developing institutional stability: By ensuring the Club is run with clear responsibilities, sound governance and efficient processes that improve Club management continuity.

4. Strengthening engagement with its supporters: By creating more opportunities for direct dialogue and sharing more updates through the Club’s official channels, giving supporters a reliable source of accurate information on key decisions and developments.

We know that trust is earned through actions and results, not words. Our responsibility is to make sound decisions, follow through on our commitments and demonstrate progress through the work being done across the Club.

The interests of Al Ahli will remain at the heart of every decision we make.
